Jessika Lowe

My name is Jessika Lowe, i’m 26 years old, I work as an occupational therapist and i’m a former elite athlete. It started with gymnastics, after that athletics (discus and hammer throw) and then, the one sport I lived for, powerlifting. Fun fact - I have won national medals in all three sports.
I’ve won multiple international medals in both powerlifting and benchpress. My best achievement is world junior champion in equipped powerlifting, 2018.
Sadly I quit powerlifting due tue a back injury so now days I just work out for fun and for my health. Time will tell what my next mission will be. But powerlifting will always be in my heart.
I am and I,ve always been interested in nutrition and supplements so I can perform at my best. Be@your best makes sure you get what you need and I’m proud to be apart of the team.
